We have been working with M&J Engineers for four years. They have a head office and 13 remote office locations around the country.

Initially we performed a thorough health check on their company network and prepared a prioritised list of issues.We helped form an IT strategy which included the following projects

• Create a standard build for their desktop PCs ensuring identical configurations to reduce the support burden.
• Installed Windows Small Business Server and migrate all PCs into the new security domain.
• Provided mobile data solution and secure remote access for a remote office without broadband.
• Installed a centrally managed antivirus platform and remotely deployed client software to all PCs.
• Replaced expensive leased line infrastructure with flexible and secure VPN connections connecting the remote offices.
• Installed a monitoring platform to monitor all connectivity and business critical applications.
• Replaced main perimeter firewall.
• Implemented secure off-site backup regime for critical data.
• Undertook desktop refresh program supplying all hardware and effort.
• Provided on-site and remote support to all company staff.
