We have been working with Custom Communications Group for 5 years.
Initially we resolved their immediate network issues, centralised their data storage and implemented Small Business Server 2003. Subsequently we have undertaken the following projects to develop their environment further.

  • Secured business critical data using our secure, off-site backup solution.
  • Moved email provision in-house to improve reliability and offer real time email to phones and PDAs.
  • Replaced all PC, laptop and network hardware.
  • Upgraded their systems to Small Business Server 2008.
  • Installed separate application server for line-of-business apps.

For the last couple of years we have developed several bespoke software solutions for them:

  • Timesheet management and overtime slip generation for remote workers.
  • Expenses entry system for remote workers.
  • Company document management.
  • Project Activity Reporting and document tracking.
  • Information management demonstration system which helped win a large contract.

In parallel to these activities we provide the company with remote and on-site technical support and consultancy services.
As our relationship has grown we have been able to gain greater insight into their business needs and can offer tailored services and software to meet the demand of this growing business.
We even provided the flags for their golf course.
