Remote monitoring
All you need do is contact us with details of what you need us to monitor, the frequency of the monitoring you require and how you want to be alerted and we will look after the rest.
Example checks include: Web site checking, web page content checking, email server connectivity, TCP port checking, simple connectivity checking, SSL connection checking.
Local monitoring
Internal systems monitoring via an agent allows us to check a wider variety of things about your corporate technology and alert you accordingly. Alternatively, if you have larger scale requirements we can carry out a review and implementation of your own dedicated monitoring system.
Automated remedial actions
Should any of your checks fail, in addition to alerting you, automated actions can be configured to restart services, reboot servers, start services on different machines and plus many more. This reduces the response time to outages and can even remove the need for manual intervention in many cases.
Example checks include: Database connectivity, file integrity and watching, service and process availability, performance counters, disk space checking, DNS, TCP and UDP port checking, event log checking and custom monitoring scripts.
