EMH Technology is your outsourced IT department. We aim to tailor our services to meet your business requirements. This also extends to our charging structures and we offer a variety of payment models including fixed price and pay as you go. In addition, the majority of our cloud services are charged on a per-user, per-month basis. For large capital projects we can offer leasing terms to cover hardware and implementaton costs. We do not offer long term support contracts as we do not believe that this is any guarantee of good service. We operate in an open manner and encourage our clients to talk to us regarding any concerns immediately so we can resolve them.
All of our clients have their own dedicated email address for all requests. In addition we offer support and screen sharing via our chat facility on our web site or dedicated support page at www.iamstuck.co.uk. Our phone systems are fully staffed during the working day and for those clients who pay for an out-of-hours support service they have their own dedicated support number to instantly access our on-call staff. All of this is underpinned by our 24x7x365 automated monitoring service which keeps an eye on all of your critical systems and notifies us of any issues and can automatically resolve common issues before anyone is aware that there is a problem. We are currently performing over 900 tests a minute across our client base.
