🟠Microsoft 365 - Some users may experience intermittent Microsoft Teams desktop restarts on Windows devices. Microsoft are reviewing recent updates to help formulate a remediation plan.
🟠Microsoft 365 - Users may be unable to access various Microsoft 365 apps and services. More info to follow.
🟠Microsoft 365 - Some users may be unable to access shared calendars in the Outlook desktop app.
🟠Microsoft Office 365 - Some Users' Microsoft 365 service apps for Mac may be shutting down unexpectedly and being reinstalled.
🟠Microsoft Office 365 - Users may encounter errors when modifying or cancelling calendar items.
🟠Windows preview update for June 2024 may cause repeated reboots. May also experience problems with Taskbar not loading correctly.
🟠Microsoft Office 365 - Users may have issues accessing multiple services. It is possibly limited to the Asia/Australia region but not 100% confirmed.
🟢 Datto Workplace search bar issue is resolved and is now functioning as normal.
🟠Datto Workplace - Datto are aware of an issue with the search bar failing to find results with error "Cannot get response from search server". Their support team is investigating the issue.
🟠Microsoft Office 365 - Users may see delays of up to 20 minutes when sending and receiving Exchange Online email messages

Our normal business hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in England). In addition, reasonable efforts will be taken to respond during extended hours from 8.30am and until 5.30pm.
